At The Air Purifier Store, we want you to breathe easy with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your unit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the air purifier in its original box with all filters, manuals, and remote controls included to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
